Tired of trying to be perfect about this whole blogging thing. So I figure let’s just jump in. If I drown, then okay I’ll try again. I’ll just write things I want to and hopefully people will find and comment (or not). If I find things I REALLY like writing about, I’ll set up some focused pages.
On My Mind
I keep thinking about Curly (Jack Palance) in City Slickers (1991, with Billy Crystal and a ton of others). one great scene is when he is riding with Billy Crystal’s character and he says, “The Secret of Life is One Thing. Just One Thing.” Crystal asked “What’s that?”
“Ahh”, he said. “That’s for YOU to figure out.”
In today’s frenetic pace and complicated world, I’m not sure what that ONE thing is. There are many things in competition for my #1.
